They borrowed the bass line (or groove, whatever you wanna call it) from Micheal Jackson's song "Get On The Floor" from his Off The Wall album. They made it their own, they didn't just insert the carbon copy of it into the song, so it's all good. The MJ song is dope, too, though. Basement Jaxx got the funk and the soul, but don't forget where it all started - James Brown, George Clinton, Sly Stone, Stevie Wonder.
